Café Altura in the US shared an interesting blog post which unpacked the benefits of aromatic and amazing coffee in the office. Here’s a look at some of these:

Hello modern socialising: There’s nothing quite like grabbing a coffee with a colleague or friend. It’s become a tradition for most and frequenting new coffee shops is one of the best things to do in Jozi.

It’s healthy: In moderation, coffee is packed with all the good fuel that your body needs. The article also states: “The connections between productivity and coffee in the office are solid. Almost 50% of the workforce in the US agrees, noting that they’re less productive if they go without it, according to an employee survey by CareerBuilder”.

Out-of-the-box thinking: Well, here’s a biggie! According to the blog, ‘around 200 mg of caffeine can help people identify phrases and words more rapidly, according to a study from the journal PLOS One’.
